How We Share Data

Servician shares data only in limited circumstances:

Within your organisation — visible to authorised users per their role.
Service providers — trusted hosting/infrastructure partners bound by confidentiality, solely to run the Service.
Legal compliance — where required by applicable law or valid legal process.

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

How We Keep Data Safe

All network traffic is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
Passwords are stored using one-way secure hashing.
Access is restricted by authentication and role-based permissions.
Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access.

Your Controls

Turn location permission on or off from your device settings.
Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data.
Delete your account via our Account Deletion Request page.
